How I can take advantage of open port in a computer, my main aim is to shutdown, reboot ,send a message , to a computer in LAN

Like cmd/bat or even \ ;)

The most common thing is Windows Key + R and you type
\\ComputerName\c$\Users\Admin\ // To access another computer in LAN

You have plenty of commands to put in the cmd to shut down someone or even more of course (google it)

If you know a bit about .bat you can easily crash another PC by opening an infinite loop of calculator or something like this.
