so can someone teach me how to find someone exact location with ip address or without it i really want to know it thx ;)

Learn TCP/IP ( +OSI model ) and you’ll get what you can/can’t do :)

you can’t find the exact location but u can have the city and some informations like that,
go to a site called “ip loacation finder”, and type the ip adress and u will find the adress
ps: it’s impossible to find the exact adress with just and ip adress

Yea dude, IP locators can only do so much. You rlly cant find someone’s EXACT location, like they do in the movies
