There’s a lot to learn but a starting would be to search about html and learn a programming language like PHP or any C lang.

When you get fluent with the computer science world you can start focusing on security. There’s plenty of books like no starch etc, or hacking focused websites that you can find with a quick google search. Enjoy :)
