i am on basic+ level 1,can you plz let me know what should i be knowing or searching for, to solve this one?i would like to go through all the stuff,before solving this because i literally have no idea ,where to start from.

One of my browser automatically show the answer :)
Try to google some piece of text from file.

Think outside the box.
If you use linux, google about “file” utility.

There are enough hints in the other threads about this level, you should read them. This one is pretty simple, as @PNTSTR said, don’t overthink it.
