Ok so I have tried all the user agents and none of them worked. I then tried typing in secure_user_agent as a custom user agent but it’s still wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

You can’t try all user agents, it’s an arbitrary choose string, not something with a small number of possible values. You are very close to the solution.
