Hint on Basic + level 3

Hi guys,
it’s been more than 12 hours that i’m stuck on this level not because i don’t know a way to solve it but i’m wondering if there’s another way.
If possible i wouldnt like to use any additional thing (plug-ins etc) to solve it.
Can anybody tell me if its possible to solve it without the use of a 3rd tier ?

at least you need something like a browser to communicate with the webserver ;)

On my side I used a 3rd part software to get it quickly. I’m sure you do know which one. Anyway that’s not absolutely required as you can easily guess how this object works…
