Hello
The hint of basic level 3 says “A lot of interactive content on the internet is achieved using Flash” but I found on internet that flash is no longer used because there were lot’s of security problems and that you can display the content of flash with other software.
I don’t understand.

U need to do some stuff that server would get info that you need to pass to da next level

No matter if flash is “no longer used”. This level requires a little bit of knowledge in flash objects, browsers and servers. It can be solved in different ways.
