Am i in the good way?

First sorry for my bad english i’m French…

So i’m stuck in this Level 4, i’ve passed the level 5 by browsing a name in the file, so i did the same with the level 4 and i have found 4 things a sentence… i thought it was related to the comptine… and then i found two three names. And i tried but nothin…
Oh and in my note pad there is some boxes/characters like this [], is it because my notepad is in UTF-8 and i need to open with the ASCII code? Or something like that to get rid of this boxes?
