help!!!!

I’ve the username and password(well I guess I do), but when i enter it in, the response is “Invalid details”.
i’m 100% sure there is no spelling mistake while typing, I even copy-paste from the text. Even tried CAPS on and off
And it’s my 17 attempt already.
Please help :)
