What am I doing wrong?

I got all 3 of the questions answered but it says 1 of them is wrong. I pinged www.hackthis.co.uk, I found the host starts with L and also the email.

NOTE: I just found out I am doing the e-mail wrong, but I copy+pasted the email >> the one that sent me the password request
