im sure i can get credential that i need with nmap (CMIIW) but currently im using windows. can i get that credential info with windows without installing any software?

for now, i managed to get the ip address. im trying to get the host with whois but result is no such host is known

Yes, you can complete the level without installing any extra software. Maybe make sure you are looking up the correct IP and think where you might be able to find headers.

nmap is not needed here. whois has the answer, if you are using a particular website to do the lookup, maybe try an other one.
