My MATLAB is out of date. I didn’t figure out how to install Tesseract-org on mac. And Javascript is error.

If you can’t do coding 2, I’m not sure you should start with the captcha levels. In any case, MATLAB or Tesseract are not needed; this level can be done with something thinking and basic coding skills.

The format is PNG not PHP
changing the extension won’t change the FORMAT!
