Custom encoding

Hi guys. Im was able to decrypt and get words and im still getting incorrect answer. Words are not in order and i dont know if this have something to do with the error. i have more than 2 secs left when i submitted.

Example asnwer:

HAS ONLY SHE CAN OWN BUT WHILE LET ANY WHERE BECAUSE SINCE WHAT ABLE SAY

any ideas about what im doing wrong?

Looks like you forgot to undo the very first step of the encryption algorithm.

Re-number all visible ascii characters, so ! will now be
1 instead of 33 and “ will be 2 instead of 34 and so on
i reverted this adding 32 to ascii code. whitout this the result is unreadable. i think getting words is not just a coincidence. must be something else or the encryption is so perfect that without this step you get diferent words. i dont think this is the case anyway but i might be wrong

In that case you must have forgotten the final step (excluding the csv thing). ;)
