Stuck with numbers

Hi,
After seeing that modify the image is useless, i forgot my Braille’s translation with the title letters.
I’m now into the numbers problem, >> i converted them into the both bases (with reversing) , i also check the hex color system but now i just have a lot of colours which seems useless.[/Spoiler]

[Spoiler]I saw too that the hex and col numbers are under (250) in hex but all the Row numbers begin with 4B or 4A with a following number (BA/ B9/ B0/ A7 . I think i’m on a right way and a hint or anything would be a pleasure (sorry for the language i’m french).

It’s fun to see how french people often apologize for their poor english ^^
You seem to be on the right track. As I said, this level is one of the hardest here, so don’t desperate if you don’t get it immediately. Don’t give up!
