I am stuck from the beginning and have no idea where to start. I looked at both files and the hint. so far I can only convert the hint into decimals and has no idea what to do after that.
I guess this is quite normal at the Crypt-Levels. Don’t give up! Keep digging and maybe you will stumble over something to progress
