Hello everyone;
I try to find the password of this challenge, I begin with the file .txt I think it’s about reversing the content I got this ‘Row Hex Col’
after that I think is about substitution(The old hex with the new hex), is it correct approach ?

It’s not exactly about substitution. The text file tells you where to look at. Follow it and you will find some interesting things.

Thank you WHGhost for your response;
But if you go in the position example : hex: 71, column: 07, row: 1210, in this position you don’t found the hex 71 but another hex number, why ?
