When i arrive on a level i don’t understand what they ask me to do .Please help me

First time I see this question lol You have to find the username and the password Then, you’ll have to submit the “Submit” button :)
You should find user and pass, take a look at the code..
I was able to solve level 1. But stuck in level 2.
