Please help? I really need it!!

So, after looking through both the page code, and reading up on the forums AND how javascript is embedded in HTML, i found a script tag at the bottem, and thats the obny one, so yeah i guess thats the answer?? I mean, i am totally clueless here. Heres the code i found: >>
