Ok, so usually, the first thing you have to do is to check out the form itself. And answer these questions:
(1) Does the form tag have more content than necessary?
(2) Yes, No? Why not give it a try. I’m guessing you know how to use Apache on linux. Host your own website and all? Try figuring out what the dude is trying to do by trying it yourself, maybe even trying to re-create the form on apache2.
