I know I have the correct user and pass.
I’ve tried both upper and lower case.
I’ve also placed the first letter in upper but still no joy.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh this was an annoying one once I figured it out. I was annoyed at myself. Just remember that >> sometime5, numbers replace letters
it’s all capitals
