I've put the right credentials in the email beta but it doesn't work

i found the admin the db’s
made the forgot email on safe transfer then found the email credentials
i was not entering in it so i went cheking up on the net the credentials i was right but i can’t login
IM STUCK help

Sometimes the levels are changing to make solutions on the net useless ;)
Re-check what you have done and don’t quit too early
