I’ve set up a test environment on my PC, and I think I have the solution, but it isn’t working on this site :(

I found this in the code>> if ($row && $row->password == sha1($pass)) {[/Spoiler]

Can I safely assume that the password [Spoiler] is stored as sha1 on the server?

If that’s what you see in the code, why would it be wrong? The code is everything you need to know.

Then I don’t understand why its working on my server, but not online. Thanks for the response!
EDIT: Never mind. I just realized that I didn’t have the passwords as sha1 on my server… I guess I’ll have to solve it a different way. sigh
