Heyy Friends of programmation i am new and I want install Python, but when I open Python there is a problem, i must install api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll, but i dont know how, can you help me pleaze I love this site and I want learn programmation !!!!

The computer needed to did a update, I did it but new python need the api-ms……….
